I saw this photo in Pinterest the other day, and loved it. First, how creative, and second, how true.

Falling in love is arguably one of the best parts of life. Yes, it’s scary, and electrifying, and intense, and sometimes heartbreaking and sad. But it’s also exhilarating and awesome. There’s nothing quite like it.

After being married for almost 5 years, it’s sometimes hard to remember what falling in love was like. Matt and I actually met and fell in love over 10 years ago, so it’s been a long time since we felt those initial waves of falling in love. It’s easy to fall into a routine and to forget the passion and excitement of those early days.

But let’s not allow ourselves to forget. Let’s make an effort to remember how much falling in love rocks, and what all those emotions felt like when they were swirling around in the early days.

Let’s relight that fire. Because falling in love really does rock!
